Returns & Exchanges

At Beserk, we want you to be completely obsessed with your new gear, so if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached; please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings, cosmetics, and hosiery cannot be returned.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred resolution.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and drop them off at your nearest post office using the shipping label provided or your own tracked service.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
